Seasonal Recreation Worker

The City of Fridley is hiring seasonal Recreation Workers for the summer!

Recreation Youth Instructors are responsible for ensuring participants receive a quality recreational experience in a safe environment within the City of Fridley’s recreation programming for youth ages 3-12.

Recreation Program Lead Instructors are responsible for creating and implementing exciting classes for the Summer ROCKS day camp program and/or youth evening sports. Classes range from Arts/Crafts, Sports/Games, and Science/Enrichment.

Examples of work performed include:

1. Creating and executing lesson plans
2. Teaching and interacting with children
3. Leading program instructors
