What You Will Do
We are seeking a detail-oriented, outgoing and energetic HR Generalist to join our growing HR & People team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about recruiting, onboarding, fostering professional development, and coordinating engaging team events. The HR Generalist will report to our Chief People Officer and play a key role in supporting HR operations and ensuring a positive employee experience.
Core Responsibilities
- Recruiting & Onboarding
- Handle recruiting process including job posting, managing internal and external platforms and interview scheduling
- Manage contracts and maintain relationships with recruiters
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism throughout the hiring process to protect candidate information
- Facilitate the new hire onboarding process ensuring a smooth and seamless transition
- Event Planning & Employee Engagement
- Under supervision of the Chief People Officer, organize, plan and execute team offsites and employee engagement events
- Collaborate with senior leadership to create a vibrant and inclusive company culture
- HR Administration
- Manage and maintain employee files and employee requests ensuring confidentiality & all legal requirements
- Assist with general HR duties, including compliance tracking, invoices, HR reporting metrics, CRM contacts and agendas
- Training & Professional Development
- Book and track employee training and professional development programs
- Create HRIS end user training videos using Loom
Who You Are
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational psychology and/or business administration preferred
- 2-4 years of HR experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail
- Numbers driven problem solver & strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication and attention to details
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel and HRIS software
Must have authorization to work in the United States.
