Night Auditor Job at Spa City Motor Lodge in City of Saratoga Springs

Responsibilities:

1. Audit and reconcile all financial records such as cash drawer activity, credit card transactions, room charges, final bill preparation, and occupancy percentages.
2. Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports to general manager, department heads, and hotel management.
3. Respond to inquiries, process reservations and check-ins, delegate housekeeping, security, and service requests, resolve guest complaints, and other front office duties as required.
4. Complete additional bookkeeping, administrative, and accounting procedures as requested.
5. Provide exceptional service to all hotel guests during their stay.

Qualifications:

1. Some college is preferred but a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
2. Requires a flexible schedule that allows for overnight shift hours.
3. Outstanding communication skills and excellent customer service skills are required.
4. Must be computer proficient; experience with accounting or reservation software is a bonus.
5. Previous hotel front desk, hospitality, guest services, or night audit experience is preferred, but not required.

Compensation:

$18 hourly
