The Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at Montefiore Medical Center and Albert Einstein College of Medicine has an outstanding opportunity for an Attending Psychiatrist as the Director of Emergency Psychiatry. The successful candidate for this position will provide clinical treatment as part of a multidisciplinary team with a collective focus on compassionate, patient-centered care, participate in supervision and training for medical students and Psychiatry residents and join a collegial and supportive Department committed to career and academic development, physician and family wellness, diversity and inclusion and excellence in patient care and medical education.

Faculty appointment available commensurate with qualifications at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine. There is opportunity to participate in faculty practice and optional evening and weekend coverage for additional compensation.
Eligible applicants will be Board Eligible or Certified in Psychiatry.
In addition to a competitive salary of $260,000-275,000, we offer the opportunity to make more income with additional call responsibilities and bonus productivity incentives. LTD, STD, paid malpractice, health, dental, vision and a 403(b) are also offered.
