Company Description
Akkodis is seeking an Assistant Administrative for a Contract job with a client in San Antonio, TX. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative experience, SAP proficiency, and excellent multitasking skills, handling scheduling, reports, and travel coordination.
Rate Range: $20/hour to $23/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Assistant Administrative job responsibilities include:
Managing schedules and coordinating meetings
Preparing and organizing reports and presentations
Maintaining electronic and paper files
Handling travel arrangements and expense reports
Assisting with research and process improvements
Desired Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED (associate’s degree preferred)
Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience
Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information.
Must-Have:
Experience with Microsoft Office Programs
SAP experience
Utility Industry experience
