Horizontal Talent is hiring: Data Analyst in Minneapolis

Our client is seeking a dedicated and skilled Data Analyst to join their team. This remote position operates within the EST time zone and will require two rounds of video call interviews.

As a Data Analyst, you will be expected to have a strong command of SNOWFLAKE (DWH), ADF, SQL, PLSQL, and UNIX. You will be responsible for data warehouse development and design, ETL/ELT processes, and data quality processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize Snowflake, Python/ADF, and other data tools for data analysis and management
• Develop and design data warehouse systems
• Implement ETL/ELT processes
• Ensure data quality and integrity
• Use Unix/Linux Shell Scripting
• Work within an Agile development methodology

Required Experience and Skills:

• 1-2 years of experience with Snowflake and Python/ADF
• 3+ years of experience in data warehouse development and design
• 3+ years of experience with Oracle SQL and PL/SQL
• Experience with mid to high volume ETL/ELT
• Proficiency in Unix/Linux Shell Scripting
• Experience with healthcare data, particularly with claims and clinical data

Preferred Experience:

• Experience with Data Bricks and Azure Blob storage
• Familiarity with sqoop, Kafka/data streaming, data science, and/or big data tools
• Experience with ETL tools such as DataStage
• Familiarity with Snowflake cloud data warehouse technologies
