labor & employment
attorney to join their growing
Chicago
office. Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage labor and employment litigation cases, from initial client consultation to resolution. Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents. Provide legal counsel on labor and employment issues, including discrimination, harassment, wage and hour disputes, and wrongful termination. Collaborate with clients, human resources professionals, and other stakeholders to develop effective legal strategies. Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Active state bar membership and eligibility to practice law in Illinois. 3+ years of experience as a Labor and Employment Litigation Attorney, ideally gained within a larger law firm setting. In-depth knowledge of labor and employment laws and regulations. Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. Seniority level
