Position Overview:
N.A.S. Security Systems, is seeking an experienced and results-drivenDirector of Salesto build, lead and drive our sales organization. This critical leadership role will oversee all sales activities across multiple branches, ensuring alignment with company goals, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction. Reporting directly to the CEO, and a member of the Company’s Leadership Team, the Director of Sales will be responsible for managing and growing a high-performing sales team, while also contributing to the strategic direction of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership and Team Management
- Recruit, hire, and retain top sales talent.
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with sales team members to provide coaching and support.
- Organize and lead dynamic sales meetings to foster team alignment and motivation.
- Oversee activity management to ensure consistent prospecting and pipeline growth.
- Monitor team performance and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
Sales Training and Development
- Develop and execute sales training programs to enhance skills and productivity.
- Provide ongoing mentorship and professional development opportunities.
- Ensure the team is equipped with the tools and resources needed for success.
Strategic Planning and Execution
- Drive the development and execution of lead assignment strategies.
- Establish and manage sales territories, quotas, and performance goals.
- Forecast sales performance and align efforts with company revenue objectives.
- Collaborate with marketing to ensure alignment of campaigns and lead generation efforts.
Revenue and Customer Growth
- Drive revenue growth by developing and executing effective sales strategies.
- Manage customer experience, ensuring satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance customer service and retention.
Operational Oversight
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
- Provide regular updates and reports to the CEO on performance and progress.
- Coordinate with branch leaders to ensure consistency and success across locations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales leadership, with a track record of driving revenue growth.
- Preference will be given to experience in the electronic security industry.
- Strong background in recruiting, training, and developing sales teams.
- Expertise in sales strategy, forecasting, and performance management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Experience managing multi-branch sales teams is highly desirable.
- Willingness to travel frequently, including time spent at corporate headquarters in Middletown, New York.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
