Position description:
An Entry Level Business Analyst will serve as the liaison between the end-user community and the technical development team. In this role, you must be able to communicate complex ideas and timelines in a clear, concise manner across functional and technical departments. A successful Analyst will work closely with business users, subject matter experts, and technical resources to identify business needs, define projects, and manage the development effort to completion. You will also develop testing, documentation, and data analysis of your project as needed. Following the project completion, you will also be responsible for verifying the adoption follow-up after implementation and managing long term relationships with end-users.
General Responsibilities: - Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, business process descriptions and use cases. - Ensure that requirement statements are clear, concise, complete, feasible and verifiable - Ability to communicate (verbal and written) effectively with business users and development teams. - Effectively communicate relevant information to company management - Facilitate project prioritization based on business value feasibility and available resources - Ability to adapt to changing requirements and effectively document and communicate them. - Assist in maintaining project deadlines, schedules, and methodologies - Perform data analysis using SQL and other tools as necessary

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree, Boot camp, or equivalent experience preferred The ability to think analytically, solve problems to complex business processes, and document results Strong communication skills (verbal and written) Have strong attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through Experience in Software Development a plus
