The Sleep Expert will elevate and enhance the customer's in-store experience by being a trusted sleep authority and offering best-in-class product. Experts will execute MFRM selling programs with the use of digital tools and support a seamless omni-channel experience to create a compelling and engaging environment that puts the customer at the center.

Essential Responsibilities

Create an environment where the customer is always at the center by cultivating strong relationships Provide technical and product knowledge information to customers, serve as subject matter expert Drive individual sales performance and KPI's while demonstrating company values and supporting company initiatives Execute current visual merchandising and POP standards Adhere to Company merchandising and marketing programs to standard Follow Company policy and execute Company standards on appearance and functionality Maintain customer relationships during and post-purchase (i.e. resolving issues, deliver reminders, resolving concerns etc.) Seek and accept constructive feedback for continuous personal, professional and performance development Continue to develop skills, competencies, product knowledge through assigned course work, training and other company led activities. Maintain awareness of competition, advertisements and services offered, develop strategies to counter Leverage social media to positively impact brand awareness and increase sales Ensure timely open and closing procedures Follow all Company procedures on cash handling including acceptance of payment and deposit processes Ability to push and pull and lift 50+ pounds to assist customers with load outs and in store purchases Adhere to all sales processing policies to ensure the proper creation and execution of customer invoicing Professional communication and representation of Company brand in all internal and external interactions Non-Essential Responsibilities

Execute Company initiatives and any other activities requested by supervisor Follow open and closing procedures Assist in processing inventory counts Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities Contributes ideas on ways to optimize or improve the team, the department, and the Company Education

High School diploma or equivalent required Professional Experience

1+ years Sales/Customers experience required Skills List

Ability to express an inner ideal into an artistic, creative or aesthetic form Skillful in compiling, organizing and using data to enhance planning and effectiveness. Ability to operate office equipment (e.g., computer, fax, copier) to complete various work tasks, including sending emails, maintaining warehouse records, etc. Being open and approachable to build goodwill, positivity, and loyalty with team members Adept at forming structures, patterns and connections from information, ideas and images Competencies & Knowledge

Basic retail sales knowledge: High Experience in cash handling, checks, and/or credit cards: Medium Inventory Control: Medium Microsoft Office Products: Medium Proficiency In tablet usage: High CRM experience recommended: Medium Physical Demands & Store Environment

Sitting or standing for up to 8+ hours Walking frequently Able to engage and speak to customers Reaching with hands and arms Moving and lifting 50+ lbs Minimum requirement of 32 hours per week and may require additional hours based on business needs

Pay Range: $55,000 + Commission
