Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant at Forest Meadows in Gainesville, FL. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing phone calls with proper etiquette, communication with internal and external stakeholders, and utilizing clerical skills to ensure smooth operations.

  • Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
  • Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Communication
  • Strong Clerical Skills
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Experience in a similar role is a plus
  • Knowledge of funeral home or cemetery operations is beneficial
