- Background in NCAA rules.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.

- Interpersonal and communication skills and ability to plan and organize effectively.
- Experience with social media platforms.
- Prior experience with a collegiate or professional football program.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors’ degree with additional consideration to applicants who possess a Masters degree.
The Recruiting Operations Coordinator assists the head coach in the organization, management and administration of strategies as they relate to the goals and objectives of athletic programs.
Job Duties:
- Assists with prospect identification and evaluation.
- Assists with coordinating all recruiting efforts (Game day activities, official and unofficial visits, Junior days and other football recruiting events).
- Assists with documentation of all forms related to football recruiting.
- Maintains up-to-date prospective student-athlete profiles and film profiles on behalf of assigned assistant coaches.
- Serves as a liaison between assigned assistant coach(s) and video staff, providing specific video information and statistics as requested. Provides computer breakdown of video for prospective student-athlete. Organizes and distributes all video. Maintains up-to-date recruiting board on behalf of assigned assistant coach(s).
- Maintains continual and thorough familiarity with all applicable NCAA, Conference and University rules and regulations.
- Other duties as assigned.
