Purpose: The Senior Specialist for our Global Legal Organization will serve as project lead for the team supporting communications for Johnson & Johnson’s Global Legal Organization. A skilled writer with strong internal and external communications experience, this individual will be responsible for developing and driving projects across a wide range of areas including employee communications, internal events and digital campaigns! This candidate will possess outstanding writing and communication skills, a keen understanding of interpersonal dynamics, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment. This role will report to the Director, Executive Communications. You will be responsible for: Strategic Communication Development:

Partner with Director, Executive Communications to implement strategic communication plans designed to build thought leadership, engage employees and drive awareness of the Global Legal Organization. Develop organizational announcements, presentations and reports that convey complex information clearly and effectively. Content Strategy and Management:

Manage the content calendar; assist in the planning and execution of employee engagements (Town Halls, Ask Me Anything Sessions, GLObe Chats) and special projects; oversee the production and publication of communication materials, including emails, newsletters and social media content. Ensure all communications are aligned with the company's brand voice and corporate messaging guidelines. Stakeholder Engagement:

Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams and external agency partners. Task Management and Budget Oversight:

Adjudicate administrative tasks, including processing Purchase Orders and managing the budget. Performance Measurement:

Analyze the effectiveness of communication initiatives and provide recommendations for improvement. Monitor industry trends and best practices to keep communication strategies innovative and relevant. Qualifications / Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field (Master's preferred). A minimum of 4 years of experience in executive communications, public relations, or corporate communications. Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to produce high-quality content. Strong understanding of corporate social responsibility and partner engagement strategies. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines. Proficiency in digital communication tools and platforms. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong attention to detail. Johnson & Johnson is an Equal Opportunity Employer. The anticipated base pay range for this position is:

$77,000 to $124,200 USD. Additional Description for Pay Transparency: The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis. Employees and/or eligible dependents may be eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance. Employees may be eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)). This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive program. Employees are eligible for the following time off benefits: Vacation – up to 120 hours per calendar year Sick time - up to 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington – up to 56 hours per calendar year Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays – up to 13 days per calendar year of Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year.
