Envision Physician Services recruiting a full-time Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join their Ingalls Family and Urgent Care Center in Calumet City, IL.

Requirements: Minimum of one-year urgent care or ED experience post-graduation experience, required. New graduates will not be considered. This position is cross credentialed across three facilities in Calumet City, Flossmoor & Tinley Park.

Opportunity Profile:

• Annual volumes range from 5,000 - 30,000 depending upon location
• 18 ED beds Calumet City, 10 ED beds Flossmoor, 8 ED beds Tinley Park
• Dedicated nocturnist
• Scribes, Techs, Nurses and Advanced Practice Provider coverage
• Lab and Radiology on-site (CT, Ultrasound, X-ray, MRI)
• EPIC EMR
