About the role and where you will be working:

We are currently looking for a full time Recruitment Advisor to join our team located in our central office in Rivervale. This is a flexible position with a mix of office and remote work (work from home). We emphasize work-life balance!

This position is located in our central office in Rivervale with the option to work from home 1 or 2 days. This is a full time permanent role.

Duties for this role may include the following:

  • Assist the People Services team with end to end recruitment process including: creating and posting job advertisements, managing candidate pipelines, conducting thorough interview screenings and references.
  • Implement appropriate sourcing strategies to target and build candidate pipelines.
  • Liaise with relevant universities to establish internship programs to attract talent.
  • Follow up onboarding documents.

To be considered for this role you'll be:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a TA/Recruitment role.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems and job boards.
  • High volume recruitment preferred.
  • Ability to interpret Awards and Agreements (Preferred).
  • Previously experienced in Health Care Recruitment (Preferred).
