Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Administrative Assistant in Metro Jacksonville. The Administrative Assistant will handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including phone etiquette, communication with staff and students, scheduling, record-keeping, and clerical duties. This role allows for some work-from-home flexibility but does require a presence at the institute location for certain tasks and meetings.

Qualifications

  1. Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
  2. Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
  3. Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance
  4. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  5. Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  7. Prior experience in an educational setting is a plus
  8. High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
