Target Pay Range: $30.00 - $35.00/hour (plus shift differential)

Work Schedule: Night Shift (6:00pm - 6:00am, 2-2-3-3 schedule)

Job Summary: Maintain and repair production machinery, support equipment, and building systems to ensure optimal plant productivity. Assist with upgrades, improvements, and assigned projects.

Job Duties:

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production machinery, including electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment like air compressors, chillers, and cooling towers.
• Install, modify, and relocate machinery; handle fabrication, welding, and plumbing tasks.
• Read and interpret manuals, schematics, and blueprints for repairs and installations.
• Use tools and testing equipment to diagnose and resolve issues.
• Document work on orders and maintain logs.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and good manufacturing practices.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree or equivalent preferred.
• 5+ years of experience as a Maintenance Technician, with skills in: PLC systems (Allen Bradley ControlLogix, SLC-500), Variable frequency drives and servo systems, hydraulics, pneumatic, water treatment systems, general machinery, pumps, valves, and piping repairs.
• Skills in fabrication, welding, and machining.
• Knowledge of power distribution (480 VAC) and process control instrumentation is a plus.
• Familiarity with ISO calibration and PM checklists is a plus.
