NetSuite Recruitment Expert | Bridging Finance and IT Functions
Senior NetSuite Technical Lead / Architect (6-Month Contract) – Onsite in San Francisco, Palo Alto, or NYC
Our client, a leading software company, is looking for a Senior NetSuite Architect on a 6-month contract to replace their outgoing NetSuite Architect. This is a hands-on role requiring SuiteScript expertise alongside strategic systems architecture skills, supporting a complex NetSuite OneWorld environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead NetSuite OneWorld architecture across multi-subsidiary, multi-book environments spanning EMEA, APAC, and North America.
- Manage exchange rate integrations and ensure seamless financial operations across entities.
- Drive SuiteScript development to enhance NetSuite functionality and automate processes.
- Architect and optimize integrations, with a strong focus on Salesforce to NetSuite and middleware solutions like Workato.
- Lead efforts to bring European entities onto NetSuite, ensuring alignment with best practices.
- Collaborate with the Data Integrations team in Palo Alto and the Finance team in NYC to streamline financial workflows.
- Provide best-practice recommendations for NetSuite architecture, integrations, and system optimizations.
- Partner with the Senior NetSuite Developer, guiding their work while serving as the strategic lead for system improvements.
Ideal Experience & Qualifications:
- Senior-level NetSuite expertise with NetSuite OneWorld, including multi-subsidiary, multi-book accounting, and global financial operations.
- Proficiency in SuiteScript (1.0 & 2.0) for custom development.
- Strong experience with NetSuite integrations, particularly Salesforce to NetSuite, financial exchange rates, and middleware tools like Workato.
- Strategic architecture mindset, able to assess, recommend, and implement best practices across NetSuite and integrations.
- Experience with European entity onboarding in NetSuite.
- Ability to work onsite at least 3 days per week in San Francisco, Palo Alto, or NYC (NYC preferred).
- 6-month contract with potential for extension.
- Hybrid role with a strong onsite preference in NYC, Palo Alto, or San Francisco.
