General Manager
Reporting to the Area Director, the General Manager is responsible for protecting and delivering the Del Taco Brand, to grow sales while maximizing the efficiency and profitability of the restaurant by leading the Del Taco Way.
Responsibilities
- Lead the restaurant team to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
- Manage financial performance, including sales, costs, and profitability.
- Implement operational standards and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Recruit, train, and develop staff to deliver exceptional service.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a management role within the restaurant industry.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
