Apply locations Boston, MA time type Full time posted on Posted 18 Days Ago job requisition id REQ-24350 Job Description The Senior Manager, Revenue Accounting will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of accurate and timely financial information for the North America region relating to product revenues, gross to net accounts and accounts receivable to meet the needs of both internal and external reporting requirements for our newly approved product JOURNAVX. The role will partner closely with members of Trade and Distribution, Market Access, Finance and Global Revenue Accounting. The Senior Manager will also be responsible for identifying and driving process improvement initiatives including automation and data. Key Duties & Responsibilities Responsible for revenue accounting month end close for US product sales and gross to net for our recently approved product JOURNAVX. Responsible for development and maintenance of complex gross to net models, calculations and analytics (including use of advanced excel skills). Develop knowledge of markets to design and perform analytics to evaluate monthly results. Collaborate with Commercial Finance and Market Access teams on monthly actualization and forecasting process. Utilizing knowledge and data, provide strategic input into recommendations for change and process improvement as well as continuously evolving and evaluating policies and procedures. Participate (and lead as needed) in the development of new systems, processes and automation. Drive accounting policies and procedures for new product launches. Required Education and Experience Bachelor's degree required. Requires 7+ years of related accounting experience with experience in life sciences and/or Big 4 Accounting Firm preferred. Advanced excel skills. Experience with Oracle Financial Software a plus. Knowledge/Skills Ability to collaborate and influence across and within different levels of the class. Flex Designation: Hybrid-Eligible Or On-Site Eligible Flex Eligibility Status: In this Hybrid-Eligible role, you can choose to be designated as: 1.
Hybrid : work remotely up to two days per week;
or select 2.
