About the Job The Franchise Onboarding Partner is responsible for overseeing the successful onboarding of new franchisees. This role ensures that new franchisees are well-prepared and supported during their initial setup, launch phase and first 6 months. The ideal candidate will have experience in franchise operations, exceptional organizational skills, ability to be very directive and a passion for helping others succeed. They will coach to facilitate business planning, key performance indicators, annual goal setting and problem remediation. They are the first point of contact for the new franchisees and have deep knowledge of the Business Model and processes, vendors and products, technology, and tools to ensure the franchisees are successful and profitable. Key Responsibilities: Onboarding Management: Manage and implement the entire onboarding process for new franchisees. Conduct training sessions on company policies, operational procedures, and best practices. Ensure new franchisees understand and comply with brand standards and operations. Develop and update training materials and resources. Operational Support: Coach franchise owners and enable them to articulate their locations' needs and requirements that will advance business performance and achieve brand goals. Learn the business model and key operating strategies, processes, and challenges to support the brand and its franchise owners. Troubleshoot operational issues and provide solutions to franchisees. Possess a keen understanding of scalable business models and be seen as a subject matter expert in the following areas:

Operational policies and procedures Business set-up Product knowledge Sales & CRM

Local Area Marketing: Income Statement analysis Support franchisees with groomer recruitment Provide sales/scheduling training assistance and advice Assist franchisees with annual business planning to include budget forecasting, strategic planning and monthly KPI measurement Promote and implement best practices. Bring best-in-class franchise and business coach related practices to the organization to deliver business solutions that meet business requirements. Promote and demonstrate knowledge sharing and continuous learning. Flexibility and the ability to effectively deal with ambiguity in a rapidly growing company is key to the success of this role. Performance Monitoring: Track, monitor and report the progress of new franchisees during the onboarding phase. Conduct regular weekly check-ins and assessments to ensure milestones are met. Provide feedback and actionable insights to improve performance. Communicate and promote APM/HFC’s overall strategy regarding performance standards. Participate in company meetings, webinars, conference calls and conventions when invited. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, related field or at least 5 years’ experience in lieu of a BA. Proven experience in franchise operations or similar roles. Strong project management and organizational skills. Take ownership of work and results. Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities are essential. The ability to synthesize findings from analysis and draw conclusions. Excellent training and presentation skills. Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities and know how to hold franchisees accountable.
