Managing Director
will play a critical role in leading turnaround and restructuring engagements, including overseeing complex client situations, managing client relationships, and leading high-performing teams. The Managing Director will work directly with senior leadership and key stakeholders, providing strategic guidance, operational solutions, and financial restructuring expertise to clients in distress. Your Credentials Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related field is required. An MBA or other advanced degree is preferred. Relevant certifications such as CPA, CFA, etc. are a plus. Minimum of 12-15 years of experience in turnaround, restructuring, financial advisory, or management consulting, with a proven track record of successfully leading complex client engagements. Strong experience in managing distressed situations, including financial restructuring, operational turnaround, mergers & acquisitions, bankruptcy processes, and debt/equity negotiations. Deep knowledge of financial modeling, restructuring processes, and operational improvements in distressed companies. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify key issues, develop solutions, and guide clients through complex decisions. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence senior-level executives, boards, creditors, and investors. Ability to travel up to 80%.
