Responsibilities:
Drive profitable growth and strategy across multiple networks
Hands on campaign management executing campaign optimizations including bidding, budgets, geos, and creative testing
Analyze campaign and creative performance using internal reporting tools as well as MMPs (Appsflyer experience preferred)
Optimize creative performance through creative analysis and concept ideation
Manage relationships with ad networks and partners
Communicate campaign performance and key findings with the team
Qualifications: Must Have : Expertise and demonstrable experience profitably scaling growth across multiple channels including; Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, Applovin, Unity, Ironsource
Must Have : Experience in mobile games or skill based gaming
3-5+ years of user acquisition experience with deep expertise in a variety of self-serve channels hitting growth, spend, and ROAS goals
Depth of knowledge of mobile attribution and MMPS
Experience in managing large budgets on gaming or real money gambling apps
Highly analytical with experience analyzing performance using internal reporting, MMPs, and manipulating data with Excel
