Katelyn Bruno (Katelyn.bruno@soliant.com) Hourly Rate for this position only: $70-$75 About The Position Soliant Health is actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) to join our team in Tracy, California. This full-time position will cover school sites and involve working with a K-12 special education program, focusing on students with support needs. This is a full school year opportunity, providing you with the chance to make a significant impact on the lives of students in need. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify students' speech, language, and communication needs. Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's goals and requirements. Provide direct therapy services to students with extensive support needs, in both individual and group settings. Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support students' communication development. Maintain detailed and accurate records of student progress and regularly report findings to parents and school staff. Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of students' educational programs. Stay current with best practices and advancements in the field of speech-language pathology. Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) State licensure or ability to obtain licensure in California Previous experience working with students with extensive support needs in a school setting is highly preferred Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team Commitment to providing high-quality, evidence-based services to students.
