Senior Dynamics CRM Architect/Developer

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics CRM Architect/Developer to join our team in Houston, Texas. The ideal candidate will leverage their extensive expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform to design, implement, and maintain innovative CRM solutions that drive our business operations forward. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions Lead technical architecture discussions and provide expert guidance Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions Implement best practices for CRM development and deployment Create and maintain technical documentation Mentor junior team members on CRM development practices Required Qualifications Seven to ten years of progressive experience with at least 5 years as a CRM Architect or similar role Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform: Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agent Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services Strong back-end programming knowledge and experience Experience with CRM customization, configuration, and integration Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Preferred Qualifications Financial institution experience strongly preferred Microsoft certifications related to Dynamics 365 and Power Platform Experience with complex data migrations and integrations Knowledge of agile development methodologies Legal Requirement Due to the nature of the position, candidates must have US Citizenship or Permanent Resident status (Green Card).
