About the Role
We’re looking for our first Revenue Operations Manager to build and lead the RevOps function from the ground up. This role will be critical in supporting all of Giga Energy’s Go-to-Market (GTM) teams—Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success—by optimizing processes, managing key systems, and driving strategic initiatives that fuel growth. You’ll serve as the central architect for GTM operations, ensuring alignment across teams and providing the insights needed to make data-driven decisions.This position reports to the Head of Marketing and offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of RevOps at Giga Energy. Responsibilities
Build and manage Giga Energy’s Revenue Operations function, creating scalable processes to support all GTM teams Serve as the HubSpot administrator and maintain it as the single source of truth for all GTM data Develop and implement strategies for managing the entire customer lifecycle and attribution methodology, from lead generation to retention Own core reporting and analytics across target accounts, sales performance, and customer expansion Partner with GTM leadership on quarterly pipeline reviews and program planning Ensure seamless lead routing and sales enablement processes, optimizing tools like OpenPhone, Default, Unify and Hubspot Explore and implement third-party tools such as Clay for prospecting and list building Drive continuous improvement across all GTM operations, identifying areas for efficiency and growth You may be a good fit if you:
Have 4+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, marketing operations, or a similar role in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Are an expert in HubSpot and can manage CRM data, automation, and reporting with ease Have strong analytical skills and can turn data into actionable insights Thrive in building systems and processes from scratch and enjoy solving complex, ambiguous challenges Are an excellent communicator who can collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels Have experience as the first RevOps hire at a startup or scaling organization Are familiar with third-party tools like Clay, OpenPhone, Unify or Default Have a track record of driving growth through optimized GTM processes and reporting If you’re passionate about building efficient, data-driven revenue operations and want to have a direct impact on a company’s growth trajectory, we’d love to hear from you!
