Senior Memory Design Engineer
to develop high-performance
SRAMs, register file memories, and compiled memories . This role is critical in optimizing circuit performance, reducing power consumption, and supporting silicon bring-up. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop
custom circuits from scratch , including SRAMs, register files, and custom cells. Collaborate with microarchitecture, physical design, and mask design teams to optimize
performance, power, and area (PPA) . Conduct
circuit simulation, equivalence checking, and power characterization . Drive
design automation
and enhance tool flows. Support
post-silicon test and debug
efforts. Required Qualifications: 8+ years
in
transistor-level circuit design
for CPUs and SoCs. Expertise in
FinFET technology nodes , advanced
low-power design techniques , and
custom circuit tool flows . Experience designing
high-performance SRAMs, register files, and standard cells . Strong knowledge of
device physics, process technology, and DFM . This is an opportunity to
