Chief Development Officer (CDO)
to lead transformative fundraising efforts that support their mission and long-term growth. Direct Hire Responsibilities: Develop & Execute Fundraising Strategies
– Lead annual giving, endowment, and capital campaigns to expand our philanthropic reach. Drive Major Gift & Corporate Sponsorship Efforts
– Cultivate, solicit, and secure transformational gifts from individuals, foundations, and corporate partners. Lead & Inspire a High-Performing Development Team
– Foster a strong culture of philanthropy, mentorship, and best practices. Oversee Strategic Campaigns
– Provide leadership for the Comprehensive Campaign, ensuring alignment with the organization's long-term vision. Strengthen Community & Stakeholder Engagement
– Serve as an ambassador for the organization, developing relationships with key community leaders and organizations. Collaborate with Leadership & Board Members
– Work closely with the CEO, Board, and fundraising committees to advance major philanthropic initiatives. Innovate Donor Engagement & Recognition Strategies
– Develop creative approaches to donor stewardship and recognition. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 7-10 years of experience in non-profit development, with a preference for experience in mission-driven, community-focused organization Proven track record in fundraising leadership, including experience managing large-scale capital campaigns and securing major gifts Strong leadership skills with experience managing high-performing teams Exceptional relationship-building skills with the ability to engage and inspire donors, board members, and community partners Knowledge of comprehensive campaign strategies, planned giving, and donor database management Ability to align development efforts with the strategic vision and mission Due to the high volume of applications we typically receive, we regret that we are not able to personally respond to all applications.
