We are seeking a highly skilled Application Development Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for translating business and system requirements into Microsoft technical solutions, and leading development teams in building enterprise-wide or large-scale information systems.
You Are:
Responsible for translating business and system requirements into Microsoft technical solutions and leading development teams in building enterprise-wide or large-scale information systems.
Overseeing development of software architecture implementations including integration points, data flows, and technical specifications.
Ensuring code quality, performance, and adherence to development standards across multiple teams.
Providing technical guidance on design patterns, frameworks, and best practices. Reviewing and approving technical designs, code quality, and testing approaches.
Collaborating with Systems Architects to ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture standards.
Leading code reviews, architectural reviews, and providing mentorship to development team members. Troubleshooting complex technical issues and providing escalation support.
Working closely with QA, DevOps, and Production Support teams to ensure successful deployment and maintenance of applications.
Evaluating new technologies and making recommendations for technology stack improvements.
Providing daily supervision and direction to development staff.
Here’s what you need:
10+ years of Microsoft Tech Stack Experience required
Minimum of 5 years of experience leading technical teams in Agile environments
Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience building large-scale web and mobile applications using React
Proven experience with MS Azure and distributed systems
Strong understanding of software architecture patterns and principles

Experience with Scientific Computing

California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia . The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience. Accenture Federal Services offers a wide variety of benefits.
