As an Area Sales Manager at Kyocera, you will be responsible for the sale of all Kyocera products offered to the Kyocera Dealers in your assigned territory. You will be responsible for achieving the sales budget of Kyocera office equipment, supplies, and solutions through the development and support of existing dealers, as well as new dealer additions. Achieve quotas as assigned, including but not limited to sales quota, dealer recruitment quota, and new dealer development. Support the ongoing need to maintain proper dealer sales manpower levels with recruiting and training. Hold dealer meetings to educate, train, and launch new products and programs. Complete all recommended training courses offered by Kyocera. Support the dealers in marketing to local major accounts with field calls and bid preparation. Act as a liaison between Kyocera and the Dealer. Submit weekly, monthly, and special reports as required via computer. Assure dealers' compliance with terms of the Kyocera Dealer Agreements. Monitor dealer equipment inventory levels and inspect supply and parts to assure only Kyocera products are used. Develop strategies within assigned territory to maximize coverage and distribution, including but not limited to the signing of new dealerships. In a sales consultant role, you will be building relationships with potential new customers and maintaining current clients, which requires you to be out in the field at least 70% of the time. Qualifications

Required: Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing required. Valid driver’s license required. Company paid relocation is not provided. Employee must self-relocate. Preferred: Bachelor’s degree. Dealer or direct manufacturing experience within the office product industry.
