Belmont Public Schools is seeking a Nurse for a 6-week 2025 summer assignment.
Responsibilities include , but are not limited to: Provide support to the Summer Enrichment Programs Review student health and emergency forms, training staff on basic first-aid and administration of epi-pen, providing regular and emergency care to students as needed; providing consultation to Program Directors as needed
Review new students registration for school placement Communicate with families regarding enrollment requirements Provide support as directed by the Director of Nursing
The nurse will be based at the Middle School but available to other schools within the district as needed.
Requirements:
Licensed as a Registered Nurse in MA, current BPS nurse preferred
Proficient in the Massachusetts Immunization Schedule.
School Nurse experience preferred
Hours:
8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. - 4 days per week (M-Th) 6/30/25-8/4/25
Salary:
$225.00 per day
