Project description:

Business Analyst (BA) in support of the business area SME teams on the SUCCESS Project with the Design Development Integration (DDI) vendor. This individual will be responsible for Business Analyst duties related to defining requirements, managing work backlogs, setting work priorities, overseeing IT development stages related to planning, designing, testing, approval, and implementation of SUCCESS platform modules. The candidate will have a minimum of 7+ years' experience in development, requirements gathering, process mapping, data analysis, product owner

management, software development lifecycles, and knowledgeable of project management processes. Advanced experience with requirements management, Agile development methodologies (SCRUM, KANBAN, etc...), development, and writing user stories for testing and system validation is also desired. Candidate must be a motivated team player with excellent problem solving and communication skills.

Required Skills: Candidate must have a minimum of seven (7) years' experience in IT development and CI/CD processes. Candidate must have a minimum of three (3) years' experience as a Business Analyst and Tester. Candidate must possess advance knowledge of Software Development Life Cycles (SDLC) and project management. Candidate must have experience with DevOps, Amazon Web Services (AWS), and JIRA. Required Skills:

Windows 10/11 Intermediate MS Office Intermediate MS Teams Intermediate MS Project Intermediate Sharepoint Intermediate JIRA Advanced Candidate must have a minimum of seven (7) years' experience in IT development and CI/CD processes. Candidate must have a minimum of three (3) years' experience as a Business Analyst and Tester. Candidate must possess advance knowledge of Software Development Life Cycles (SDLC) and project management. Candidate must have experience with DevOps, Amazon Web Services (AWS), and JIRA. Preferred/Not Required

Working knowledge of Information Systems supporting MDHS SNAP, TANF, Child Support and Child Care systems. Tracking system defects with project tools such as JIRA and JAMA. Experience working within an Agile Team Environment and leading SCRUM meetings. Experience effectively communicating with departmental program managers and executives. Preferred Skills :
