JOB SUMMARY
The Enterprise Recruiter is responsible for full-cycle recruitment of both corporate (out-of-restaurant) professional positions and in-restaurant management-level roles for Keke’s and Denny’s Brands. This role will develop and execute sourcing strategies, build strong talent pipelines, and ensure a diverse and qualified candidate pool.
Additionally, the Enterprise Recruiter will oversee the recruitment and execution of the Summer Internship Program, working closely with universities, hiring managers, and HR to ensure a seamless experience for interns.
The recruiter will play a key role in meeting hiring goals, including Time to Fill, Talent Pipeline Hiring, Diverse Slate, and other key performance metrics.
This role is based in Spartanburg, SC, following a hybrid work schedule (three days in office, two days remote).
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring for corporate and restaurant management positions across all brands.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, develop job descriptions, and create effective hiring strategies.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and industry events, to identify top talent.
- Maintain a proactive talent pipeline for critical roles, ensuring a steady flow of qualified candidates.
- Track and report on key recruiting metrics such as Time to Fill, Talent Pipeline Hiring, and Diverse Slate, ensuring goals are met.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and a seamless hiring process.
- Leverage recruitment marketing strategies to enhance employer branding and attract top-tier talent.
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor hiring strategies, and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Partner with HR and hiring managers to continuously improve recruitment processes and hiring effectiveness.
- Lead the recruitment and execution of the Company’s Summer Internship Program, including:
- Partnering with universities and career centers to promote opportunities.
- Coordinating intern hiring, onboarding, and program logistics.
- Ensuring a meaningful experience for interns, including professional development activities.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or a related field preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.
Experience: 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in hospitality, retail, or a fast-paced, high-volume industry.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
- Experience recruiting for both corporate and field management positions preferred.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, job boards, and other sourcing tools.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and recruitment metrics.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain diverse talent pipelines.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Experience in university recruiting or internship program management is a plus.
