We are seeking a skilled welder to join our team, specializing in metal fabrication and welding for industrial and commercial projects. This role involves reading blueprints, setting up welding equipment, and ensuring high-quality welds on various metals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG, TIG, and/or stick welding on steel, aluminum, and other metals.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work orders.
• Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently.
• Inspect welds for accuracy, quality, and structural integrity.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

Requirements:

• Experience in MIG, TIG, or stick welding (certifications preferred).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work in various positions.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and PPE requirements.
