Our dental practice located in Delray Beach is seeking a multi-talented, outstanding individual with dental experience to provide concierge level service for our patients in the areas of reception, treatment coordination and front office.

Our practice offers all phases of dental services, including dental hygiene, general dentistry, cosmetic procedures, restorative dentistry including crown and bridge, dentures, and implants, as well as specialty services.

We are looking for someone who has a proven track record of being reliable, energetic, and enjoys making a difference in the lives of others. This person is well-presented, has excellent communication skills, is friendly, highly organized and works well with all personality types.

The person we are seeking has dental experience and brings solutions to the problem.

This person MUST have up to date computer skills and knowledge of PPO dental insurance . Experience with Dentrix and Dexis a plus!

This full time position scheduled hours from

Mon - Fri 8:00 - 5:00.

This position comes with a salary based on experience, bonus opportunities, paid vacation, and retirement plan. We love this practice and seek someone who desires to share this experience and contribute to the team.

The hourly rate is $20.00- $22.00

Responsibilities The Receptionist is the first line of customer service for all patients and visitors entering our office. They will greet patients, sign them in, schedule future appointments, and handle incoming phone calls. They will assist patients in accordance with the training they have received ensuring patients receive the best possible service.

Customer Service; acknowledge, smile and greet patients upon arrival/dismissal

Respond to patient questions and or concerns according to DCA Policies

Answering Telephones

Scheduling Appointments

Maintaining Appointment Book

Confirming Appointments

Follow up on no shows/cancellation of Appointments

Register Patients on sign in sheet

Post charges and payments to patient accounts

Checking voice-mail on a daily basis

Maintain a clean and friendly waiting area for patients

Qualifications

Experience working in a dental health-care office

Knowledge of insurance plans (HMO/PPO)

Experience answering telephone

Must have exceptional customer service skills

Must have up to date computer skills
