Compensation and Benefits:
Hourly Rate: $19.56 - $31.94 based on experience.
Evening Shift Differential: $2.00/hr.
Night Shift Differential: $2.50/hr.
Weekend Shift Differential: $2.50/hr.
Sign-On Bonus distributed over the first year of employment.

Job Responsibilities:
Assist the surgeon throughout operative procedures.
Ensure a safe and sterile environment in the operating room.
Qualifications:
Education:
Completion of an accredited Surgical Technologist program, achievement of national certification in surgical technology, or five (5) consecutive years of training/experience as a surgical tech. Experience: Candidates must have completed an accredited Surgical Technology program or possess five (5) consecutive years of experience as a surgical tech or LPN with at least one (1) year in surgical technology preferred. National Certification is highly preferred. (Qualifications may be met by a combination of education and experience.) Licensure/Certification: Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required during employment. If a Certified Surgical Technologist, maintain current certification. Oklahoma LPN license is required if applicable.
