Hours: 1st Shift, Mon-Fri

Contract to hire –

3 month contract period

Pay: $19-$23.00 hr +

IT support and gain hands-on experience troubleshooting systems access and desktop support. We also want to hear from those who have a few years of experience and are looking for a long-term, stable opportunity in Help Desk support!

What You’ll Do:

Provide level one technical support to employees over the phone and via email.

Reset passwords, unlock user accounts, add workstations and users to distribution groups.

Manage and keep assigned support request tickets current, document resolution efforts and next steps plans.

Troubleshoot connectivity and network issues at the desktop level.

Manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory.

Document all technical procedures and user guides for applications supported.

Train and guide users on new features and functionalities.

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system efficiency and user satisfaction.

Skills and Experience Needed:

1+ year of Technical Support experience or internship experience is highly desired.

A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field will be considered in place of experience. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.

Basic understand of Windows 10/11, experience with Office 365 is a plus!

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

Understanding of basic networking concepts.

Outstanding customer support skills, and professional written and verbal communication.

Desire to learn and acquire new IT skills.
