Office Assistant Job at Cleanest Restaurant Group Inc. in New York

Cleanest Restaurant Group is seeking an experienced and detail oriented Office Manager/Administrative Assistant to support the CEO and coordinate daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate will be able to take ownership of tasks, problem solve and think creatively. This role will occasionally be exposed to confidential information candidates must be trustworthy and maintain measures to safeguard and protect all confidential and proprietary information.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support, including scheduling, document management, and data entry.
• Manage office communications, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
• Maintain office supplies and assist with inventory tracking.
• Onboarding new employees and providing administrative support.
• Running payroll.
• Support bookkeeping, invoicing, and record-keeping.
• Assist leadership and team members with various operational tasks as needed.
• Be able to communicate and support our franchisees.

Qualifications:

• Must speak fluent English and Spanish.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum two(2) years of experience in an office environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe and Teams).
• Experience with Quickbooks.
• Must have knowledge of CRM.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Information

The pay for this position is $19-$21/hr based on experience

Schedule: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday

Trial Period (Paid): There will be a trial period for up to (2) weeks and it will be paid.
