Key Responsibilities:


As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for the following essential functions:


Utilize your working knowledge and competency in general foundry, cast mold design, and machine tool processes and terminology.

Plan and manage projects effectively, ensuring they meet timeline, cost, productivity, quality, and safety goals.

Develop tooling for creating and processing castings, meeting our customers' requirements.

Implement tools by collaborating with operation personnel and external vendors, providing support during production.

Work closely with production supervision, internal and external engineering resources, quality assurance, and maintenance personnel to troubleshoot and prevent issues.

Collaborate with operations management to optimize production planning and execution.

Support all current products and new product introductions.

Create and manage process control documentation to support all stages of the manufacturing process.

Collect and analyze productivity and quality data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.

Determine and eliminate root causes of defects, reducing their occurrence in the manufacturing process.

Contribute to cost reduction through process, equipment, and product/material re-engineering.

Maintain reliable and safe manufacturing systems while improving rates, efficiencies, costs, and changeovers.

Play a vital role in streamlining the production process.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:


Proficiency in MS Office applications and ERP systems.

Expertise in SolidWorks.

Strong technical capacity, organizational skills, and decision-making abilities.

Initiative and problem-solving skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


Education and Experience:


Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing field.
