Dates
- January start on-going (90+ days may consider extension or permanent conversion)
- (full-time or part-time)
- Monday-Friday, 8a-5p
- Call: Negotiable (additional compensation)
PACE Program
-Patients: 8-10 patients per day, 60-90 minute visits, all geriatric
-Scope: 100% outpatient geriatric
To ensure continuity, quality of care, each day is started with a meeting between our interdisciplinary staff that includes dentists, social workers, psychiatrists, mid-levels, and other primary care providers. We discuss recent patient visits, plans for those patients' care, and plan our day accordingly.
-Required: Board Certified or Board eligible
-Malpractice - PAID for locum opportunities.
