This position is open in all LATAM Only CVs in English will be considered Structural Engineer Role Description We are looking for a Structural Engineer to work remotely on U.S.-based construction and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in structural analysis, design, and modeling and must be proficient in American building codes (IBC, ACI, AISC, ASCE). This role requires collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, reviewing structural plans, and ensuring compliance with U.S. regulations. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master’s preferred). 2-5 years of experience in structural engineering Strong knowledge of U.S. structural codes (IBC, ACI, AISC, ASCE, NDS). Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SAP2000, ETABS, RAM, or STAAD.Pro. Experience with steel, concrete, timber, and masonry structures. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. English proficiency (spoken and written). Responsibilities Perform structural analysis and design for buildings, commercial structures, and infrastructure projects. Develop and review structural drawings, calculations, and reports. Use design and analysis software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SAP2000, ETABS, RAM, or STAAD.Pro. Ensure compliance with U.S. building codes (IBC, ACI, AISC, ASCE 7, NDS). Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, and construction teams to optimize designs. Provide technical support and recommendations during the design and construction phases. Conduct structural assessments and prepare documentation for permits and approvals. ​​​​ Compensation $2,000 – $3,500 USD/month, paid in USD depending on experience. Details Independent contractor agreement paid 2x monthly. Client has a desire for long term commitment.
