Job Description:
Should have good knowledge in wholesale banking concepts with clear understanding of life cycle and terminologies of 23 products like Treasury Liquidity Reporting and Cash Management.
Understanding of financial risk like credit risk market risk liquidity risk compliance e risk etc
Translate requirements into Business Requirement Document Functional Requirement Document and Minor Development Document
Coordinate with key stakeholders to gather requirements analyse finalize and receive formal signoffs from approvers
Facilitate and drive project meetings with both business and technology teams
Coordinate User Acceptance Testing with business user community and QA teams
Work collaborates and coordinate with Offshore and Onsite team members to fulfill the BA responsibilities from project initiation to postimplementation
Perform business and data analysis in development of requirements and in ongoing support of production applications
Should have worked in handling data preparing reports using Excel or any other data tool
Should be able to handle stakeholder communication in a very clear and precise manner
IIBA Agile Analysis Certification
Develop and deliver compelling presentations demonstrations and content to show case to the stake holders to build confidence
Building and influencing relation and key stakeholders
Will act as primary spoke person of this program
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Work closely with cross functional teams including business users’ senior management and Tech Leads
Participate in internal meetings and strategy session to share insights and contribute to overall project objectives
Good in Finance domain Capital Market and Risk
