Mortgage Administrative Assistant job in San Diego, CA
 
LHH is partnering with a local Mortgage company who is actively seeking an Administrative Assistant to assist their San Diego team! Responsibilities:
  • Accurately transferring data from one system to another
  • Entering trade data into an internal system
  • Ensuring accuracy in financial records 
  • Receive, audit and sort incoming mail
  • Performing general office tasks, including documentation cleanup and scanning
  • Reviewing documents and qualifying applications
  • Accurately updating customer accounts 
  • Gathering data and assisting with reports
  • Assisting with clerical tasks and special projects
 
Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of administrative experience
  • Experience within mortgage or financial services preferred
  • Proficient Microsoft Suite and Excel experience
  • Takes initiative and able to work independently in a fast paced environment
  • Thrives at solving problems and meeting deadlines
  • Very tech savvy and fast learner
  • Prioritize and manage time efficiently
  • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail and positive attitude!
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
 
Compensation:
  • $22.00 USD per hour
  • 6+ month contract
  • Can always be extended based on business need and job performance
 
Schedule:
  • Monday - Friday
  • 7:00am-3:30pm, hours can be flexible
  • Onsite in their central Mission Valley office
