Overview

THE ROLE:

Herbalife is seeking a Digital Creative Content Manager who is passionate about storytelling, thinks strategically, and has a proven track record of generating engaging, strategic content and delivering outstanding results. In this role, the Manager will play a key role in developing and implementing digital content and campaigns to drive brand and company affinity, top-of-mind awareness, and positive reputation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital content strategy and analytics across multiple platforms, engaging a variety of partners through imaginative, original and relevant social media assets that are aligned with business objectives and brand identity. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Strategic Communications & Analytics, this role requires strong creative planning and execution, project management and art direction skills, as well as creativity, flexibility, and the ability to work collaboratively with Corporate Communications team members, creative production teams, and collaborators across the business.

HOW YOU WOULD CONTRIBUTE:

• Manage day-to-day development of creative content for publishing across corporate communications channels

• Lead creative direction on photo and video shoots pertaining to nutrition, business opportunity, distributor/customer/employee testimonials, fitness, sponsored athlete content, and corporate materials to support company reputation efforts.

• Oversee end-to-end production of graphics, illustrations, and dynamic visuals for use across internal and outward facing communications, including social media channels and digital properties.

• Ensure visual and conceptual consistency across social media channels and select digital properties in partnership with brand marketing teams.

• Provide creative mentorship internally and to regional teams for visual assets, while also contributing as a hands-on creator.

• Maintain solid working relationships with in-house creative teams, videographers, photographers, as well as freelancers/vendors/agencies.

• Apply analytics and insights to inform strategy and creative, improve campaign effectiveness and content performance.

• Actively participate in team brainstorms and contribute ideas to keep social content fresh, relevant, and different based on emerging/current trends.

Corporate Communications is a small, hands-on team of experts in specific fields of communications who work cross-functionally to raise the profile of the company. The team is highly collaborative, focused on results, and supportive of each other, especially when a situation requires all hands on deck. The team also enjoys working with colleagues around the globe to share best practices, provide support and ensure messaging and priorities are aligned.

Qualifications

SKILLS AND BACKGROUND REQUIRED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

• 5+ years of experience in digital media planning, including strategic planning, carrying out tasks, crafting creative assets, and analytics and reporting

• Demonstrated ability to develop, recommend and deliver creative content plans across a variety of digital media platforms.

• Strong graphic design, video editing, and photography skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro and Photoshop, and familiarity with DSLR cameras and lighting setups.

• Deep understanding of digital content production and platform requirements across channels

• Proven ability to provide art direction and make sound, on-site decisions during filming/photo/recording and other creative production sessions

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Excellent project management skills, and ability to manage many workstreams with stakeholders.

• Motivated problem-solver and self-starter with strong business insight and good judgment.

• Ability to set priorities, coordinate work and thrive in a high production environment while responding quickly and effectively under pressure, changing priorities and tight timelines/deadlines

• Bachelor’s degree in journalism, public relations, communications or equivalent field or work experience preferred
