We are looking for a compassionate and reliable Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide essential patient care to individuals in Philadelphia, Bucks, and Montgomery Counties, PA. As an HHA, you will assist clients with personal care and daily living activities to ensure their comfort and safety in their own homes.
This position offers flexible hours and a competitive pay rate of $17 per hour. We offer both Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities to fit your schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting)
- Provide mobility assistance and transfers as needed
- Help with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and companionship
- Document client care records and report any changes in condition
- Ensure client comfort and safety throughout the day
- Build meaningful relationships with clients and their families
Qualifications:
- Active Home Health Aide certification (HHA) in Pennsylvania - Certification: Must possess a valid Home Health Aide (HHA) certification.
If you do not have an HHA certification, we can assist you in obtaining one upon hire. - Commute Requirement: Applicants must reside within a 35-minute commute to the service areas unless assigned to an on-call shift.
- Previous experience in home care or as a caregiver is preferred
- Ability to provide compassionate care to elderly or disabled clients
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
