Fairview
is seeking a
Nurse Practitioner
to join our
Wound Care
team at both M Health Fairview - Wound Healing Institute - Edina , as well as at our East Vascular Center, located in the M Health Fairview Clinics & Specialty Center in Maplewood. Work in the capacity of an attending provider in an outpatient specialty services setting including patient care management, wound and vascular care, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, performing diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, prescribing medications and discharge planning.
Practice Details: Collaborate, consult and communicate
with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers and staff throughout the continuum of care. 3 days/week in
Edina , 2 days/week in
Maplewood . Average of
12-18 patient encounters per day. Openings : 1.0 FTE (Full Time) Fully integrated
Electronic Medical Record (EPIC). Edina is conveniently located at the crossroads of several major highways less than 15 minutes from downtown Minneapolis, in the growing and vibrant Southwest suburbs of Minneapolis and St. Paul, Minnesota.

Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges (if required). Wound care certification within 6 months of hire, if not already certified. Preferred qualifications:
At least 1 year of previous NP experience Wound/lymphedema care experience Wound care certification

The posted pay range is for 1.0 FTE. The actual rate of pay offered within this range may depend on several factors, such as FTE, skills, knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions. Additionally, our organization values pay equity and considers the internal equity of our team when making any offer. Positions with the same min/max are flat rate jobs based on a 1.0 FTE schedule. Compensation plans based on production can allow for higher pay than the range posted.
