Position Overview
TLC Nursing Associates, Inc.
is seeking a
Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT)
for
travel assignments
in various healthcare settings. The Occupational Therapist will be responsible for assessing patients, developing treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions to help individuals improve their
daily living and work-related skills . This role requires strong
clinical expertise, problem-solving skills, and adaptability
to support patients in achieving maximum independence.
Responsibilities
Evaluate patients'
physical, cognitive, and functional abilities . Develop and implement
personalized treatment plans
to improve daily activities. Provide therapy to individuals recovering from
injury, illness, or disability . Educate patients and families on
adaptive techniques and equipment . Collaborate with
healthcare teams
to coordinate care. Maintain
accurate records and progress reports . Travel to
various healthcare facilities
for temporary assignments. Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in
Occupational Therapy . Certification:
NBCOT certification and state licensure (as required). Experience:
Minimum
1 year
of clinical experience preferred. Skills:
Strong
communication, assessment, and problem-solving abilities . Travel Readiness:
Willingness to accept
