A large multi-franchise group is seeking to hire a Body Shop Manager who has experience managing large-volume body shops and has developed relationships with major insurance carriers. We’re looking for a high-caliber individual who will grow with us and foster a positive work environment for our employees.
Previous Auto Body Shop management experience in automotive, powersport, RV, or other related fields are required, automotive preferred. Body Shop Techs with 6+ years of experience are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities - Body Shop Manager:
- Hire, train and manage your team
- Write body shop damage estimates
- Manage Direct Repair Programs for all insurance companies
- Complete billing and other shop related activities.
- Interact with customers, insurance companies, collision estimators, service advisors, technicians, etc.
Qualifications - Body Shop Manager:
- Body Shop/ Collision Center Manager experience is required
- Body Shop Technicians with 6+ years of experience will also be considered
- Excellent managerial and communication skills
- Positive attitude, outgoing personality and the ability to build a strong team
- Knowledge of new vehicle repair technologies
- ICAR Certification (preferred)
- Solid understanding of estimating process and system
- Proficient computer skills in CCC and other management technologies
- Professional appearance and work ethic
