Job Full Description Customer Service Representative
Company Overview: Our client is a small business with a strong collaborative culture in the manufacturing industry, specializing in welding products and consumable welding supplies.
Position Title: Customer Service Representative
Position Description: We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our clients team as a Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will be responsible for answering phones, order entry, invoicing, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process.
Responsibilities:
Provide support for ongoing customers by answering questions, tracking order status or product shipments, and resolving problems.
Understand customer needs and identify opportunities.
Maintain an updated customer database with progress notes.
Have knowledge of the company's welding products and services to provide accurate information to clients.
Utilize excellent communication skills to meet all internal and external customer needs.
Process orders and quotes in a timely and accurate manner.
Key Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Customer Service Experience (at least 1 year) MS Office Proficiency (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams, Etc) Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a small company.
Details:
Pay: $21.00/hr+ based on experience.
Contract/Temp to Hire Comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off once getting hired on/converted on
