Reporting directly to the CFO, you’ll lead a team, collaborate with executives, and play a key role in shaping financial success. What You’ll Do Lead and mentor a high-performing accounting team. Own monthly financial statements and key reporting. Manage bank audits, compliance, and financial analysis. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and process optimization. Ensure accurate journal entries, reconciliations, and accruals. Drive innovation by improving systems and workflows. What You Bring Skills & Expertise: Financial leadership with a passion for accuracy. Excel & QuickBooks mastery for streamlined reporting. Strong organizational and communication skills.
